our very own gym-based training program TIRERING is a combination of functional training, circuit training and HIIT training, this program is focused for all our members to enter into a fun, energetic, heart pumping workout in the gym environment.

resistance training the key element for muscle mass and bone density, the TIRERING open gym sessions uses the big lifts with functional movement paterns using barbells, dumbbells, ketlebells and body weight to increase muscle mass and burn more calories. each weight training class is unique towards building a more toned and defined physique.
metabolic conditioning
TIRERING hits and trains the three energy systems to give a total burn. our cardio routines are mostly with plyometric movements combined with some HIIT cardio machines to blast off both the aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.
