MEGADANZ is a dance based program that has a warm-up, nine cardio dances and a relaxing stretch segment. there are different rhythms for each track (hip-hop, latin, dance, funk, jazz and arabian) each with different intensities determined by the pace of the music and energy of the movements. the dance work is pre-musicalised. this means that the end dance and the methodology are preset. the choreography is developed with simple movements, in such a way that the repetitions made for learning the movements lead to the success of an amazing class.
